Skygate at Málaga's Airport

Last Wednesday 22nd February, our 4º de ESO and 3º de ESO B students enjoyed a great visit to Málaga-Costa del Sol International Airport. They took part in the Skygate programme and then they had a look at the Airport's Museum. The students also had the chance of practising English in a real context because they interviewed English speaking passengers and had great fun.

School staff played Secret Santa!

On December 23rd teachers and school staff enjoyed a morning snack and played Secret Santa during the break. The aim was fostering coexistence and the use of English through messages written in English before and during the exchange of presents:

It was a Christmas fun activity. Pictures of that day are worth a thousand words ( by José Luis Moreno Menjíbar, our school guidance teacher ).

Christmas Cards Contest Winners

UK CULTURE CLASS by Suzi Harris

Last 1st December, Suzi Harris from Burlington Books came to our school. Many students from 1º and 2º ESO enjoyed her lecture on socio-cultural aspects. It was very entertaining and they participated a lot. They learnt about culture in the UK at the same time as they improved their listening skills. We wish Suzi comes back again next year!!!! Hopefully our students will keep a bit quieter, so that we can make most of the opportunity of having a native speaker at school.

Christmas Cards Contest 2016

Christmas time is here again, as the Beatles sang a long ago and, as usual, by this time of the year, the English Department runs its Christmas Cards Contest. Here you are the once again awesome poster by José Carlos Ambrosio ( the Spanish teacher ).
